Hello, my name is Dr. Chioma, and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. My journey into counseling began with a deep desire to support others through difficult seasons, and over time, that passion has grown into a commitment to helping clients achieve emotional wellness and personal growth. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and complex life stressors. I also have experience supporting individuals dealing with family conflict, life transitions, and reintegration challenges. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while equipping them with practical tools to cope and thrive. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
